Therapy for Self-Esteem

Build Your Confidence & Live an Authentic Life

It's time to treat yourself the way you treat everyone else

Does this sound familar?

  • You find it truly hard to be yourself…actually most times you wonder who “yourself” even is
  • You’re always second guessing yourself, wondering what other people are going to think about you
  • You’re always doing for others and never asking for help
  • You never speak up for yourself because even you doubt that what you’re feeling is OK
  • You’re your own biggest critic-even when you do something well, the critic quickly takes over to remind you how it could have been better
  • You have a hard time saying No to others even when they repeatedly let you down

You are desperate for change but also struggle to believe things can be different

I help women improve their self-esteem, find their voice and improve their confidence every day. It's not easy but it is possible.

In my therapeutic approach it is important to figure out where your core negative beliefs came from so that we can rewrite the narratives that you carry about yourself and your life. We're not re-writing history here but we are rewriting the way you see yourself.

I often use EMDR Therapy as a way to help gain new understandings of yourself and experiences you've been through leading to a truer and more compassionate understanding of yourself.

You're probably naturally gifted at sensing and attending to what others need and...

Your feelings and needs are just as important as everyone else's.

If you feel like you've tried everything to get back to feeling connected with yourself but feel like you keep coming up short, please reach out. It's not uncommon to cognitively know that you deserve better, know what you "should" be doing and still struggle to take action.

I can help you get past the barriers that are getting in your way

The power of self esteem

Imagine:

  • Not always being wrapped up in how others might perceive you
  • Being able to say what’s on your mind and not be afraid of bad reaction to setting boundaries
  • Being able to say “No” when that is what’s in your best interest
  • Feeling more respected by those around you

These are goals you CAN achieve. Contact me for a free consultation.

Therapy with a focus on improving your self esteem can help you understand your patterns and make meaningful change!
